Park Guidelines


We provide a wide range of amenities to meet your needs. We promise to provide every service with a smile, and to your highest level of satisfaction.

Criminal Background Check

All Residents

To ensure the safety and well-being of our community, all prospective residents are required to undergo and successfully pass a comprehensive criminal background check. This process is conducted in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and all information obtained is handled with the utmost confidentiality.

Park Security

Every Night

To ensure the safety and tranquility of our community, we have implemented the following measures:

Night Security Patrols: A dedicated night watchperson conducts regular patrols throughout the park after hours. For immediate assistance during these times, please contact them directly at (801) 599-7262.

Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are enforced daily from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. During these times, we kindly request all guests to minimize noise to maintain a peaceful environment for everyone.

Your cooperation with these policies is greatly appreciated and contributes to a secure and pleasant experience for all residents.

Vehicles

No Speeding

To ensure the safety and comfort of all residents, please adhere to the following park rules:

Speed Limit: The maximum speed within the park is 5 mph. Strict adherence is required to protect pedestrians and fellow residents.

Parking: Vehicles must be parked only in designated areas. Blocking streets or sidewalks is strictly prohibited to maintain clear access for all.

Vehicle Maintenance: Onsite vehicle maintenance or washing is not permitted. For your convenience, two car wash facilities are available within the property.

Your cooperation in following these rules is essential in maintaining a safe and pleasant environment for everyone.

Extra Vehicles

For Fun

All alternative vehicles such as ATV's, golf carts, etc., must follow all vehicular laws, be registered, and driven responsibly only by a licensed person. 

Restrictions apply to extra vehicles (ie: utility or cargo trailer, boats, and the like) so please ask before bringing one into the Park. 

Children

They're allowed

All children must have adult guardian supervision when using any of the facilities of the park. Please ensure that they are not disturbing other guests by running through other people's spaces. 

Please remember to be a good neigbor and use proper camping etiquette at all times. 

Guests

Also Allowed

All guests who are staying either overnight with you or using our facilities must be registered with the office. Fees of $4.00 per person will apply. 

Visitors  may stay no longer than 7 days in a 30 day period without prior management approval. Guests  and visitors must follow all rules of the park. Any failure to comply with park rules will reflect on the Guest they are visiting.

  • When is Rent Due?

    Rent is due on the 1st of the month. 


  • What are the quiet hours?

    Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am daily.

  • What if I have a problem after hours?

    We have a night watchperson who patrols the park after hours. Reach them at 801-599-7262.

  • What are the cleanliness standards?

    All sites must be kept clean and maintained. This may include weeding, and watering the grass.

    Only out door patio furniture and BBq is allowed outside. No Hotubs, Fridges,ext.

  • Can I store things under my RV?

    No, we do not allow storage under or around the RV. We provide storage sheds for every unit--all items must be stored in the shed or in the RV.

  • Can I keep outdoor furniture?

    Yes! Guest are allowed and encouraged to enjoy the outdoors with their own outdoor furniture.

  • Do you allow barbecue grills?

    Yes! In addition to the public cooking areas, we allow residents to keep a barbecue grill on their own site for cooking.

  • Do you allow pets?

    Yes, with some exceptions. Guest are allowed up to three animals, with no more than two dogs. We do not allow aggressive breeds. Guest are responsible for cleaning up after their animals.

  • Do I maintain my own lawn?

    Yes, Guest are expected to maintain their own lawns. You are encouraged to water and weed your area. You are not allowed to relocate trees or kill the grass in anyway.

Camp VIP Pet Policy

 We welcome your animals!
  • No aggressive breeds allowed.  
  • Total number of pets must not exceed 3, with no more than 2 dogs.
  • Cats must be indoor cats.
  • Dogs must be indoor dogs. 
  • No pet fences are allowed outside.
  • Dogs must be on a leash when being walked outdoors.  
  • All animals must be licensed and vaccinated.
  • All pets must be cleaned up immediately after relieving themselves. 
  • Animals other than a dog or cat must be approved by management.
