These are some of highlights of our park rules. A full version is available upon move-in.
Criminal Background Check All prospective residents must submit to and pass a criminal background check. For a printable version of our application please click here. One is needed for each potential resident 18 yrs or older.
Security We have a night watchperson who patrols the park after hours. They may be reached at ( 801 ) 599-7262 at any time. Quiet hours are between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m..
Vehicles Speeding will not be tolerated for the safety of all of our residents. The speed limit in the park is no more than 10 mph. Vehicles may only park in designated areas and must never block the street or sidewalks. Working or washing a vehicle onsite is prohibited. We have 2 car washes on the property for your use. All alternative vehicles such as ATV's, golf carts, etc., must follow all vehiclar laws, be registered, and driven responsibly only by a licensed person. Restrictions apply to extra vehicles (ie: utility or cargo trailer, boats, and the like) so please ask before bringing one into the Park.
Children All children must have adult guardian supervision when using any of the facilities of the park. Please ensure that they are not disturbing other guests by running through other people's spaces.
Guests All guests who are staying either overnight with you or using our facilities must be registered with the office. Fees may apply. Guests may stay no longer than 7 days in a 30 day period without prior management approval. Guests must follow all rules of the park. Any failure to comply with park rules will reflect on the resident they are visiting.
Cleanliness Standards All sites must be kept clean and maintained.This may include weeding and watering the grass. No items should be stored around or under the rv. Clotheslines are not permitted. Resident may have a BBQ grill and official patio/camping furniture outside.
Pet Policy No aggressive breeds allowed. Total number of pets must not exceed (3) three, with only (2) two of those being dogs as long as rules are followed. Cats must be indoor cats in the same way dogs must be indoor dogs. No pet fences are allowed outside.. Dogs must be on a leash when being walked outdoors. All animals must be licensed and vaccinated. Dogs must be cleaned up immediately after relieving themselves. Pets other than a dog or cat must be approved by management.

Welcome to the VIP Residential Community! Established in 1974 by the Menlove family. We pride ourselves on providing a quiet, clean, and safe community for individuals and families that choose to reside with us. Our park is designed to accommodate both the guest staying as little as a month or those who plan to be with us for years.
We offer many different options as far as cost, length, and size of sites. We occasionally have manufactured homes for sale or rent.
We are centrally located to the major freeways for easy access to anywhere you may need to go and only two miles from downtown Salt Lake City. Also, effective approximately April 2013, the Utah Transit Authority Light Rail Project will be finished providing easier access to downtown or the airport right from our front door!!
